Frequently asked questions
Does it work on chairs with arms?
These are made for armless dining chairs with a solid back panel. Chairs with arms or open-slat backs won't get the same fitted look.
How do I get it to sit smooth?
Pull the cover down over the back first, then work the stretch down toward the seat and tuck the excess underneath. Smoothing it with your hands takes about a minute per chair.
Will it slide around when someone sits down?
The stretch fabric grips the frame, so it stays put through normal use. Give it a quick tug back into place after heavy use, the same way you'd straighten a cushion.
Can I use these on chairs that are already stained?
Yes — that's the main reason people buy them. The velvet is thick enough that worn seams and old stains don't show through.
How to use
- Step 1: Slide the cover over the top of the chair back and pull it down evenly on both sides.
- Step 2: Stretch the lower section down over the seat, working from the front edge backward.
- Step 3: Tuck the extra fabric under the seat and into the corners. Smooth the surface with your palms — about 1–2 minutes per chair.

- Machine wash cold with similar colors. Do not bleach. Hang dry. Do not iron the velvet surface directly.

- Refresh coats and suede by airing them out; use a soft brush for suede.
- Store knitwear folded, never on a hanger, to keep its shape.
Delivery. Orders are processed within 2–4 business days and delivered within 3–4 business days after dispatch. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Returns. If something isn't right, contact us within 90 days and we'll email you a return label to print. Return shipping is at the customer's cost unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake — then it's on us. Refunds are issued to your original card within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.
