Our 90-day return policy

If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 90 days of delivery. Items should be unworn, unwashed and returned with their original tags.

How to return

  1. Email info@aldervalestudio.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
  2. We'll email you a return label to print, plus instructions.
  3. Pack the item(s) securely, attach the label and drop the package off with the carrier.

Please don't send returns to our studio address without contacting us first — it is not a return center.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping is at the customer's expense. If your item is faulty, damaged or we sent the wrong item, we cover the return shipping in full.

Refunds

Once your return has arrived and been checked, we refund the purchase price to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, the refund appears within 5–10 business days. Original free shipping is not affected.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Return the original item and place a new order — that way your new size is reserved immediately. Our team is happy to help with size advice beforehand.
