Where we ship

We currently ship to all addresses within the United States.

Processing & delivery times

After you place your order, we process it within 2–4 business days. Once dispatched, delivery takes 3–4 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays. During peak periods (e.g. Black Friday and the holidays) processing can take slightly longer — we'll keep you informed by email.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. If your tracking hasn't updated for several days, please contact us at info@aldervalestudio.com and we'll look into it right away.

Orders with several items

If your order contains several items, they may arrive in separate packages. You won't pay any additional shipping costs.

Lost or damaged packages

If a package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, email us with your order number and photos (if damaged). We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
